Did not remove existing wall tiles - just tiled over them. Tiling was shoddy and amateurish. Fitted unsuitable tap to washbasin, customer now has no hot water in that area. Silicone and grouting left unfinished. Loo roll holder fell off wall within hours. Has ignored numerous calls/emails to return and redo the tiling, ensure hot water to washbasin etc. Emergency plumber called out because of backfill to shower/washbasin/wc. Customers are an elderly couple aged 89yrs and 87yrs - what more can I say?

The pipework needs to be adjusted to suit new shower valve(which I have bought) and tiles replaced.
