He never pushed us, and gave us a quote. We agreed a price which he never wavered from. No hidden extras. He did exactly what he said he would do within the time frame. Job Install a new toilet and basin in a small cloak room. tile three of the walls and lay a very small amount of floor covering. All materials will be provided by costumer. Fit a new tap and water supply to rear of house for access in back garden, materils to be provided by contractor.

Job Sorry need you to visit to discuss what you recommend and how much its not a large bathroom. Howerver there is old boiler that also needs removing. It will be best if you had look at room.

Comment Job was suppose to be done in 7 days and although it was finished things began to go wrong straight away with leaking towel radiator, no HOT water, hot water mixing with cold water and although he has been back to try sort it out.... its 3 weeks now and still not been able to use bathroom. There is now a leak from somewhere in bathroom and it spoiling the kitchen ceiling so I've had to turn water off. The job wasnt the cheapest quote I'm begining to think I should have chosen the £300 pound less quotes for the same bathroom job. Simon
