Bathroom needs to have the old suite out and replaced with a new bathroom suite, tiled floor and walls as well. For this the suite will be replaced in the same positionas the old suite is removed from. Pipes and plumbing need to be checked that all is ok. Option to look at removing the water tank and back boiler and replace with a combi boiler. If this option is taken there will be redesign of the bathroom to include a shower cubicle.
