Small bathroom approx. 8 ft x 5 ft, oddly proportioned with window and door being on opposite sides. Looking for a complete redesigned and remake over. Current: include vanity unit, toilet and bath with no shower.
Want : toilel, basin and bath with shower (not electric). Re-tiling of at least 3 walls.
Will consider wet room as solution.
Provided a solution to a particularly difficult bathroom problem.
Its like a showroom bathroom was transplanted in to my house. David
Remove existing suite (wc/sink/shower) and replace with new suite (wc/sink/bath). Install overhead shower and extractor. Tile full height around bath and couple of rows above sink. Lay new floor covering, probably lino. I can provide suite or you can depending on price.
job done to a high standard and at a good price. Highly recommended tradesman. Many thanks.neil
I need an existing bathroom suite removing (toilet, sink, bath and old water tank). Also to fit a replacement suite consisting of toilet, bath, sink, shower
Cliff removed an existing bathroom suite and plumbed in a brand new one, also replastering the walls and ceiling, doing the tiling, and erecting a new stud wall.
The work was completed to a good standard and at a fair price. I found Cliff to be very pleasant and helpful throughout and I would certainly contact him again in relation to future jobs.Tim
Quote for removal of old tiles off the wall, gut out and refit new bathroom suite in new layout.
Steve responded very quickly to my job request on rated people, and fixed up a meeting the same weekend as the job was advertised. He came over to listen, discuss and plan the new bathroom layout on three separate occasions, before I received a quotation. On the 2nd visit, he produced a computerised plan which helped to visualise how the new bathroom suite and layout would look and left a catalogue for me to look at similar bathroom suites. On the 3rd visit, I accepted the written quotation and booked a date for Steve to do the job. At no time did I feel pressurised and I found Steve to be friendly and passionate about his presentation skills with particular reference to the finished article which was of high quality. Whilst on the job, the original quote jumped by £600, due to unforeseen circumstances, after removal of old tiles off the wall which resulted instead of the original plan to re-plaster all the walls, new plasterboards were purchased for all four walls of the bathroom, before tiling could commence. At the same time, Steve kindly took on another job inspecting the downstairs toilet which was not secured. He removed the lino to find rotten floorboards and a large hole gaping underneath the toilet. He removed the old rotted floorboards, and replaced with new flooring before laying down new floor tiles. In addition, he kindly sanded down the bedroom door which previously did not closed properly. The new bathroom layout looks fabulous and I am delighted with the end results. Steve, true to his words, came back to resolve a couple of snagging issues within a week of completing the job. I would not hesitate to employ Steve again for any future jobs and would highly recommend him to other potential customers. Once Steve took on the job, he was punctual arriving at 8 am every morning, never failed to miss a day off, nor did he go off to do another job elsewhere, preferring to stick with one customer at a time, until job completion and he did not do the job in a hurry. Thank you Steve!Liz
We intend to purchase suit seperately and have it fitted by you. Before fitment the upstairs toilet will be fitted downstairs, and the old suit disposed of by you. If is intended that the combi bolier be moved from its current poisition in the bathroom to either the loft or the utility room downstairs to free up space. Also it is intended that the seperate w/c is nocked through to the main bathroom prior to the new bathroom being fitted.
Very proffessional job completed on time and to the agreed budget. Their advice throughout the job really made the best of what would have been a good bathroom, and turned it into a great one. Also even when I got some of the materials wrong they were able with no fuss to sort out the correct parts, and supplied to a high standard. This was a complex job involving (amongst many other things) gas work, electrics and removal of walls. Execution of this was second to none. Real care was taken with snagging issues at the end of the job, and if problems arose they were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Would look to use this company again, and would happily recommend them. Thanks for the great job.Ben
