"Very disappointed with the finish and professionalism. We wanted to upgrade the bathroom professionally and quickly as the house is for sale so we decided to use this tradesperson after a positive initial consultation. Price, attitude and understanding of what was required was good. But the job took longer than anticipated and the final finish is very poor and NOT very professional. Although the bath suite fitting is good, the sealant is not finished neatly so remains on other parts of the bath suite. The grout has not been cleaned and remains on the bath suite, floor and surrounding area. Tiles havenâ??t been measured to size or shape so excessive grout has been used. Additional work in the kitchen is also of poor finish; excessive cement not neatly finished. Also the tradesperson had to be encouraged to clean rubbish, dust and tidy up yet insisted on full payment. We will now need to finish the job correctly, for which we neither have the time or expertise. After initial positivism and friendly approach, we are very disappointed with the final work and would NOT RECOMMEND this tradesperson."
