Remove old bathroom suite and replace with new. Install new shower etc above bath. Wall Tiling and floor will need doing Remove existing shower cubicle - this will not be replaced. Storage to be put in it's place

Bathroom measures 1.5m x 1.5m and I need a new bathroom suite installed (nothing fancy, no surprises) and 2 walls tiled with plain white tiles. All items are alreday purchased and will be ready for fitting from Mon 17th March. Old suite will need to be removed before work starts.
Nigel at [COMPANY_NAME] did a cracking job on my bathroom - I'm really pleased. He really went the extra mile for me when problems outside of our control arose and made sure everything ran smoothly when I wasn't around or available. First class! I have moved into a house with a very small bathroom...about 5x5ft and have just discovered the smell of damp is coming from the flooring which is rotten through. I would be interested in having the bathroom suite removed and replaced with new...which I would provide. I would also want the tiles stripped from the walls, the ceiling stripped and everything skimmed ready for new tiles. I would also want the radiator removed and replaced with a heated tower rail...which I would also provide. I would also be needing a good ventilator fitted judging by the state of the floor.

We can provide the replacement fittings but need the room and floors prepped and checked for damp before installation. It is a very small room, about 5x5 so scope is limited for creativity. We would like the tiles removed and either replaced or prepped for us to tile ourselves if the budget requires it.
