1970s ground floor flat completely un refurbished and adjacent airing cupboard with cold water tank and hot water tank. All electric and immersion heater with poor water pressure. Considering replacement toilet, shower bath and basin with cupboards etc in exisitng space with good shower and options for hot water/underfloor heating.
Danny was reliable, punctual and very good. In the end, we added additional work as we were so impressed by his work in the bathroom. He fitted a new bathroom and hot water system and then a new kitchen. He also fitted a new laminate flooring in the hall the three rooms and we are delighted with the result. My only slight criticism is that the daily tidying up was not always completely carried out but the flat was empty and in need of redecoration which may explain that. He listened to and responded well to all our requests and finished the work on schedule. I would recommend his work as an all round trades person.
