"I required a total refit of my old bathroom, Malcolm phoned me up quickly and arranged to price up the job, was prompt and gave an excellent quote, both my partner and I warmed to Malcolm straight away and felt at easy with his knowledge and manor, we agreed a price and a time line. On starting work Malcolm worked hard, started on a saturday and worked straight for 7 days, often working late, all with no extra cost. Our bathroom was old and every day a new challege was presented with leaks, plaster falling from walls, uneven walls, bath too big for the space, and rotton wood, but through the work of Malcolm all the work was corrected and done to an excellent standard, Malcolm was excelllent, he was trusted in our house alone, and given a key, he was flexible in his approach and assisted us in creating our dream bathroom we have sinced asked Malcolm to undertake further jobs in our house, and would recommend him to anyone.
