Strip out and replace Bath, Basin and toilet (with white units). Bath has power pump for shower, keep this, and insert shower screen. Tile around bath and sink, tile floor. No plan as replacement units to go where old units are.
I am extremely pleased with the quality, care, speed and professionalism in which my property refurbishment was completed by Lee. The refurbishment involved replacement of the kitchen, bathroom and internal redecoration. Lee also organised and supervised other tradesmen as required. I was kept updated on progress throughout. This was important for me as I was unable to be at the property most of the time and relied on Lee managing the refurbishment on schedule and within budget. I highly recommend Lee.
