Treat small amount mold beginning to appear on ceiling; replace silicone seal on bath and sink; regrout tiles; small amount of plastering; paint walls, ceiling, windows and door including a wooden clad wall; fix dripping tap and re-affix wall mounted soap dish. Average sized bathroom (not complete refurb as box above suggests).
Also some pipes to be boxed in in hallway.
David came to give a quote within an hour posting the job on RP. His rates are very reasonable and competitive. He is very reliable and the work he did on our bathroom was fantastic. Would highly recommend him.
