Modify the heating pipework in order to fit a new towel rail with a summer heating element. Undertake core drilling of the external double skin wall to allow waste water pipes to run under the floor. Supply and install approximately 4m2 of 12mm thick marine ply on the floor. Fit approximately 4m2 of floor tiles. Fit approximately 4m2 of wall tiles Fit the new toilet. Fit the new basin. Fit the new bath. Replace the ceiling light.
