Looking for someone to convert an existing en suite into a wet room replacing the existing tiled plasterboarded walls and existing shower, toilet and wash basin. Taking up the chipboard flooring and then replacing with wet room suitable materials, installing a new suite and a wet room end. The property is an 8 year old chalet bungalow and the ensuite is on the first floor. Much of the plumbing is there although ways of draining the shower will possibly be via a pump out as the area has steels around it. Ideally I am looking for a person happy to work as a labour only worker, rather than supply and labour.
I would never recommend Waterworks to anyone and beware if you disagree and challenge the bill, you'll be told he does not deal with queries, just hands things over to a debt collector. His estimate was far from accurate and invoiced me for more than his work was worth. He said 10 days to 14 days to complete the job and it took a month. Mainly because he only worked a few hours at a time rather than doing a full days work. Underfloor heating still not working and he has not returned to put it right because I held back £200 out of a £4000 bill. I also have to say he is far from a tidy workman and did not supply his own dust sheets which following his use were beyond further use as so dirty.
I shall be taking legal action shortly on the advice of Trading Standards. Andrew

Tim was as good as his word. He came when he said he would. He did what he said he would. He kept us and his team informed of changes, requests and our concerns were dealt with promptly and courteously. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending him and his team --including Office Staff -- for a job such as ours.Patricia
We need quotes for re-doing our bathroom. We want to move the electric shower and build up the shower wall. We want to replace the sink and cabinet and retile the whole room. We also want to tile the floor. We will provide the tiles and shower and materials.

On a tight budget.
Would like a three piece suite fitted in same position as current suite, with a shower bath. need a small amount of boxing in and tiling done. but will just have tiles put over current ones to save on costs etc.
All other decoration will be done by me.
Thanks
Claire

Old WC, basin and bath need to be removed and disposed of. Basin needs to be moved about 1m; shower and enclosure are new to the room. Some old tiles need to be removed. One wall (2.2m long) needs to be fully tiled, and some tiling around the bath. They will be large tiles, possibly with a small mosaic inlay. New bath and WC are to be fitted where old ones were. We have already bought all the bathroom fixtures (bath, WC, thermostatic shower, basin, frameless shower enclosure). We would need the job to be started in around 2 weeks time and finished within 2 weeks.

The current suite will need removing and I would like the floor tiled and the walls and ceiling changed.

We want to put in a new bathroom but switch the bath and toilet around. This would be possible as we had someone check. And generally just removing old and putting in new (sink, bath, toilet, tiling, etc).
