"I'm confused as I thought I'd already rated the job. Paul Moore is an easy going man, and his tiling and woodwork was slow but good, but his plumbing is appalling. Everything leaked, he came back without question to mend those I could see (of which there were 4) but the leak under the floor brought my ceiling below down."
