Looking to have bathroom walls plastered, floor tiles and some wall areas tiled. This would involve removing the existing bathroom suite (sink, bath, shower & bidet) to allow wall & floor tiles to be removed. We would be looking for the walls then to be plastered, floor to be re-tiled and also tiling around the bath, shower and sink areas. Bathroom suite to be re-plumbed (except bidet, which we don't want to keep).
We are really happy with the work done. It was quite a complicated job and it looks exactly how we wanted it to.

I have elderly parents in law who want their bathroom upgrade to renew toilet, basin and remove bath to be replaced by low level easy entry large shower unit and installation of shower. Likely to be other work re tiling etc but until discussed with tradesman unable to fully articulate what work will be involved in total. My parents in law are not really able to make decisons or understand the logistics on their own and have asked me to act on their behalf
We changed the spec to make a 'wetroom' and so the job was more complicated. There were some pipe work problems which needed overcome - this was done with diligence and time was taken to make sure it was right. Overall the job took longer than originally anticipated but the quality of the workmanship and standard of finish was excellent. Great attention to detail and consideration for my elderly parents in laws needs. Despite the extra work involved etc the original estimate stood. Reliable hard workers - a pleasant change from the normal 'tradesman' experience. Would recommend [COMPANY NAME] without hesitation.

Installation of cloakroom on first floor of terraced house. (approx. size of cloakroom 1.40m x 0.90m). This area was previously used as storage cupboard but has been completely cleared. A Building Warrant has been granted. Work required: - fitting of wc and wash hand basin. - fitting of upvc waste tails for wc and wash basin (both to connect to existing soil pipe on external wall of house at rear). - Provision of hot and cold water feeds to wash hand basin and wc, fed from existing pipes in ground floor bathroom directly below. - installation of light fitting and pull switch on ceiling. - installlation of extractor fan (to be mounted on new stud walling behind wc and vented via tubing to rear wall).
We were very happy with the work Jan did for us. He was conscientious and tidy and charged a very reasonable amount for the plumbing work carried out. He also arranged for people to carry out the lighting and joinery work needed to install our new cloakroom and this made the job much easier to co-ordinate.

Remove existing coloured suite and refit new white suite. Replace shower -would like advice as to correct type to install. Possibly replace bath with shower cabinet instead of shower above bath as at present.
After initial site meeting and discussion, confidently left this firm to undertake the work. Kept us informed of progress, worked to time and completed an excellent job. Bathroom exceeds all expectations, workmanship to a very high standard and all carried out in a very professional manner. Would highly recommend this firm to any householder and will be employing them again to undertake a kitchen re-fit in the same property shortly. Keep up the good work, Tom and team, you deserve the highest of ratings.

We are purchasing a property on the 27th April and require the bathroom to be replaced: Room size 2.85 x 1.68. Remove existing bathroom suite, tiling & carpets. Install new bathroom suite, wall tiling, floor tiling and heated towel rail. This work may require some relocation of the current waste pipes etc. The job needs to be done to a high standard (particularly the tiling) and as quickly as possible, we will be waiting to move in, so it needs to be started as soon as possible on or after the 27th. The property will be empty for the duration of the works.
