"I thought this site was very useful as I think it is valuable to see what other people have said. (In the past I have had a few plumbing "cowboys"!)
Iain responded very promptly to my request, turned up when expected and gave a fair quote. On the day, he arrived nice and early and got on with the work without fuss. There was a problem that part of the bath pack (Bath handles) was missing but this was resolved with minimal hassle.
I was impressed that Iain had a look at the pipes under the bath and explained the problem with 2 old joints, which had been incorrectly installed- which, if left unchecked could have lead to problems. These were replaced/repaired at minimal cost.
I had been considering resurfacing the bath as I didn't want all the hastle of removing an old bath and putting in a new one but I was very satisfied with the end product (and it was cheaper than resurfacing as well!)
I would use Iain again and would recommend him to others"
