"Ben is a nice enough guy. I had a number of problems during and after the installation. I have had to re-seal the shower tray myself as it has been continuously leaking since the installation and also a radiator. Also due to the fact that the shower tray has been leaking I have had to resolve a damp issue in the living room below the bathroom. The reason the shower tray has been leaking is due to the wrong mastic being used to seal the shower tray. When the problems started I had problems tracking Ben and his plumber down."
