we would like to fix a bathroom, redo an upstairs bathroom and possibly construct a third bathroom
Customer owns and lives at this property
Mario and his team are very professional and reliable. Throughout the works being carried out whenever we called for any other works to be done he would be there right away. We never had to worry about watching over them. They always finished the work within the promised time frame. We were always aware of what will happen and how much it will cost us. Renovating was made very easy with Mario and his team. We would love to use them again.
Small bathroom in a 1 bed flat. Bath with shower over it, toilet and sink. Currently half-tiled around bath area and above sink. Would like a complete refurbishment to include design and installation of a new bathroom including putting in a radiator of some sort and all plumbing, electrial work and tiling.
Terry did an absolutely brilliant job of completely replacing the entire bathroom and tiling the walls and floor. All work was done to a very high standard. He is a totally reliable and trustworthy person and I had absolutely no qualms about leaving him alone in my flat whilst I was at work. Terry gave an excellent all round service and always either answered phone calls or returned them very promptly if he was unable to take a call. I wouldn't hesitate to use Terry again for any kind of work around the house. He obviously takes great pride in his work - and rightly so!
Install 1 x basin, 1 x bath, 1 x extractor fan, 1 x shower cubicle, 1 x tap, 1 x toilet Other services required: tiled flooring, plastering, underfloor heating, wall tiling Customer will supply: bathroom suite, tiles, flooring Additional information: I am looking for a professional finish. The bathroom ceiling would need replacing with down lighters fitted. the shower tray requires to be raised of the floor (step)!
Unsold lead, updated details: Would really like a tradesman to come and have a look at the various jobs and quote for all of them separately so that we can get started.
Top three issues are: 1: FIx toilet - it's not using the right connection and has been hacked together really. Quote for removing the pan, removing the current u bend connection and fitting a proper connection to the foul waste.
2: Remove and replace silicone around bath - it's got mouldy and needs stripping and treating.
3: Drainage upstairs, none of the upstairs sinks, bath or shower drain properly. I've tried the most evil unblocker known to man and I think it's a problem with the gradient/bore of the pipes leading out to the waste. Please quote on how much it would cost to investigate this - then we can work out how much it would cost to fix it and redo the finish.
Thanks a lot
Ben Original: Repair condensation/mould problem, grouting, bath/shower/washbasin seals, shower, toilet, water pressure problem Additional information: A few jobs that all need quoting for:
1: Toilet needs plumbing in properly - toilet is connected in a really shoddy way and leaks 2: Sealant is moldy on bath and on shower. Both need stripping, treating for mold and then new sealant applied 3: Shower leaks due to wall being wonky - so gaps need filling with expanding foam and then new sealant needs to be applied 4: Water pressure is generally low - and has recently dipped even further 5: Shower does not drain well - nor do any of upstairs sinks
Install 1 x basin, 1 x bath, 1 x cabinet, 1 x extractor fan, 1 x heated towel rail, 1 x shaver socket, 1 x shower in bath, 1 x tap, 1 x toilet Other services required: tiled flooring, lighting, painting and decorating, plastering, wall tiling Additional information: Requires new ceiling and plastering due to water damage

There is a leak in the shower...either the tiles need replacing which have come loose and/or the piping/joints need to be looked at. As the shower tiles are already loose they need to be taken off and replaced with Shower Panels.
The other bathroom also has a leak but that could be because of a shower trap which was changed recently. Both need to be looked at.
I need bathroom refurnishment to a bathroom sized 243cm length x 146cm width. This will involve removing tiles from half way up the walls, plastering, removing old white bathroom and installation of thermostatic controlled shower, toilet, sink, lighting and radiator, also extractor fan.
