Budget Under £500

Job we employed a builder to refurbish our bathroom and unfortunately he has made some errors. mainly, he didn't know that the tiles we had chosen were too heavy for the wall which they were intended for. so the job is 75% complete.

Comment Gareth sorted out our bathroom which was left half completed by a previous builder who had made a few schoolboy errors. He was professional and accurate in his assessment of what needed to be resolved and when the work was carried out it was completed on-time and we were consulted throughout the project. He worked hard to ensure that the work was completed on time and I have no reservations in recommending Gareth, he takes a lot of pride in his work. Rakesh

Job Existing bathroom suite to be removed and new ones fitted.Bath, WC, sink and radiator.

Comment Great value for money service & good communication with the workers. Tidied up as the work progressed on and offered alternative solutions/ideas as problems evolved. Payment was made on completion of job as agreed. Also offer a years warranty on their work. Would definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone. Cornelius

Job Bath, toilet & basin to be replaced in existing positions. Floor, 5' x 6' to be tiled (presently carpeted). Wall tiles to be replaced.

Comment I am extremely happy with Sivio & Geno's work. Silvio has been very helpful with the purchase of the suite & tiles. He provided useful suggestions & drove me round as we tried to find the materials I wanted. The work was completed within 4 days which much quicker than I expected. Silvio has offered to finish off the remaining items such as installing the lighting & fitting a new curtain for free although I hadn't included that in the original estimate. Geno also fixed my front door which was a pleasant surprise! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Paul

Budget I'm not sure

Job Install bath, toilet and basin.Plumbing for the bath needs attention. Cover all visible pipes with tongue and groove. Fit new radiator. Tile around bath. Decorate. The bath has already been removed and the entire room has been replastered.

Budget Under £2,000

Job An experienced Bathroom fitter is required to install a bathroom suite, floor tiling and wall tiling in a bathroom and separate toilet. All materials will be paid for separately with the aid of the trades man. I require a quote for the labour of doing both the bathroom and toilet please. The bathroom measures: Width- 68 inches Length-130 inches The toilet measures: Width- 33 inches Length-83 inches Work should be due to start in early august. Please can you also advise how long a job like this would take. Regards

Comment Anthony and his team are some of the hardest working men you will come across. There approach to the completing the job was exepalry.The team are hard working and extremly thorough. My job brought up some unexpected added costs due to the age of my bathroom, however my bathroom now looks like a designer bathroom at a fraction of the cost I would have paid Dolphin for example. The Two guys that worked on my bathroom lived on the other side of London to me and yet were there everyday at 8.30am on the dot and left at 8pm or later in the evening. They were both totally trust worthy I was able to leave them in my house while I stayed in a hotel for a week. If your job overuns by a day or two do not worry, it's only because they are such perfectionists when it comes to the finishing of the job. I couldn't be happier with Anthony and his team and I most certainly will use them again for other maintenace work my house is much need of. Kweku
