Remove and install new bathroom suite that has already been sourced. Tilling in bathroom and seperate WC to remain. Possiblity of some plumbing work needed under bath, moving of some pipes.
There is also a new kitchen worktop to be fitted with new sink to be installed. Again some plumbing work needed to dishwasher & washing machine. under counter units to moved around.
We would like the jobs to be carried out by the same tradesman where possible.

We have the original 1930's bathroom with separate toilet. We want to combine, and have space for a bath, separate shower, (preferably a power shower) hand basin, and WC. We would like to "sex up" the room. We would prefer to source our own sanitaryware and taps, but are flexible on this.
