"Very pleased with the final outcome (though it did take a bit longer than expected). However, the delays were due to an unfortunate series of events, and Danny put himself out to get things done as quickly as possible (working bank holidays, late evenings and weekends). I would also say I was impressed with the cleanliness - all the mess was properly cleared up at the end of each day, and dust sheets had been put down everywhere to protect the carpet."
