Bathroom Works – Isolate and remove existing W.C, wash hand basin, radiator and bath screen and dispose of all debris. Replace and alter position of incoming mains stopcock. Upon completion of works by other trades (Tiler) install new W.C, wash hand basin, bath screen and towel radiator (all being supplied by customer) altering pipe work to suit, connect and then testing on completion. Tiling Works – Provide all necessary tiling works, complete with all necessary adhesives, grout, seals and trims to floor. Approximate coverage to floor is 3 sq meters. Replace any white tiles that have been damaged on removal of sanitary ware. No provision to be made for floor tiles in this quote as provided by customer. Joiner Works – Lay 9mm ply board to floor to achieve flat solid surface before tiling. Supply and fit white MDF ceiling paneling. Remove existing wall unit and plasterboard alcove area then install mirror supplied by customer. Plasterer/Ames Taper – Remove existing wallpaper and provide plastered finish from half height to ceiling to walls to ensure an even surface ready for final decoration. No provision to be made in this quote for final decoration. Kitchen – Replace waste traps below kitchen sink and alter pipe work to suit.

Job Currently have only a downstairs bathroom. Looking to add in an en-suite upstairs with shower, wc and basin. Will likely require saniflo type pumped drainage as showerroom is relatively remote from known SVP location. Bedroom currently has built in cupboard which we are looking to extend to form en-suite, so would require new plasterboard stud walls, tiling etc,. as well as sanitaryware installation, drainage and plumbing. Shower-room will be designed and building warrant in place.

Comment Very professional in all dealings so far. Work not yet started but Scott has been great at suggesting alternative specifications to save money, but keep quality. Building Warrant just granted so work starts soon - will update rating as work proceeds. Craig

Job Ensuite approx 6ft by 4 ft. Shower cubicle and shower fiited in small recess. Complete replacement of this cubicle and shower + toilet and sink. Inc removal of tile on wall (partially tiled) and replacement of these. Plus tiling to floor.
