We have all the materials to refurbish our cloakroom (including ceramic tiles and modular furniture), due to the delivery arriving late our original joiner, plumber and tiler cannot accommodate us. Therefore we are desperately needing someone to remove our existing cloakroom (including tiles, lino, skirteningand radiator) and fit our new cloakroom (wall and floor tiles, towel radiator, modular furniture including vanity unit and back to wall wc with concealed cistern). Ideally we are looking for the work to be started and completed next week (monday 27th Aug - Friday 31st Aug).
Doug & Jim are very experienced and efficient tradesmen. Even at the quotation stage they were very enthusiastic and even helped with some design ideas that I hadn't thought about. The work was carried out quickly and they took pride in what they done. After the job was completed there were a couple of issues with the fittings and they were quick to return and resolve the problems at no addition charge. In summary, excellent customer service and I would happily recommend them.

Work will involve electric work and tiling on all walls and floors. A towel radiator will also need plumbed in. The customer will supply the shower cubical/base, electric shower, wash hand basin, toilet pan and cistern along with an electric mirror
I'm so glad that I decided that I got Mike McKay to install my en-suite, which involved fitting a shower unit, toilet, washhand basin and tiling throughout. Mike carried out all the electrical, joinery and plumbing work by himself. Mike was very punctual and proved to be a very trustworthy person and therefore I would have no hesitation in seeking out his services in the future. Need to remove bath, attach wet wall and install shower enclosure and new electric shower. New pipe work needs put in place as drain for shower moving to other end of room. Pipe work to be put under floor boards and hole put in outer wall for waste pipe to be connected outside. Shower enclosure 800mm x800mm qaudrant.
The quote given was the price charged to remove a bath and install wet wall and a shower enclosure including new pipe work and installing my new electric shower and repositioned the sink within 2 days. I would highly recommend them and would definately call them again.

Fitting of bath, sink, toilet, shower, 18 sq meters of tiling on Walls, 4 sq meter of floor tiling, fitting of panel ceiling.
I got quotes from 2 tradesmen from rated people, one of which was IRJ. At first I was a little dubious as there were no ratings available on rated people. The other tradesman that came out sold himself well and had a mixture of very good and very bad ratings, however having to continually contact him for my quote visit etc I decided to take the chance with IRJ. I am very happy to say that this paid off - Iain was reliable throughout and the standard and finish on my bathroom was very good. He fitted an entire new bathroom suite, tiled all walls and floors, fitted a panel ceiling and downlights, and replaced my electric shower with a thermostatic shower running from my combi boiler. Now that the job is finished the only thing required is to adjust the door given the tiles that are now on the floor, which he us returning for on Monday. Overall a great finish and professional service and a good price - I would use his services again.
