Budget Under £250

Job Like for like bathroom suite replacement. Bathroom is quite small, standard 1700 bath, sink, and toilet.

Comment Used lee for a full bathroom suite renovation. Was very competitively priced, was keen to get the job done, and carried out work to a high standard. Used lee's tiler, Sam, who I would also recommend. Will definitely use lee for other plumbing work and would recommend to friends. Stephen

Budget Under £250

Job Problem with the Base unit of a shower cubicle sinking as there is no concrete under it just plywood , cannot use the shower as water is leaking behind the tiles can this be taken out and then replaced.

Budget Under £100

Job I need a new electric shower fitted (unless the current one can be repaired). I'd also like a couple of grab rails installed. I have the shower/rails - just need the expertise.

Budget Under £4,000

Job Replacement bathroom suite, remove tiles and re-tile/wallpanel, new shower and screen. Bathroom roughly 50% tiled. For Student flat, so something sturdy but not too fancy.

Comment Had a new bathroom suite fitted and replacement shower. The job also included removing tiles and retiling. Hannah Plumbing were very good at arranging to do the job at a time that suited us. Job was completed on time to a high standard. We had a couple of problems with the equipment, but it was no problem to replace and fit another shower screen. Thomas was very good at keeping in contact with us to let us know what was happening.Would be happy to use again and recommend him. Graeme

Budget Under £500

Job Updated : I've already firmed up the bath with bricks under the frame...and several attempts to seal the edges have been made...with the bath filled in the correct way. Its possible that the floor itself is moving..or its just possible that something else is leaking around the outlet pipe Original : A plastic bath in a rented flat repeatedly leaks around its seal with the wall. This results in flooding in a basement next door when a shower is being taken. I think its to do with the bath flexing under weight. I believe there should be a sealing strip behind the lowest tiles and projecting out over the bath but I dont think that's been fitted. Need the leak fixed. Better sealing, better stabilisation or perhaps re-doing the lower row of tiles with the required membrane strip.I need someone who really knows this stuff.

Job Existing bath replaced by shower. WC replaced but not moved. Cloakroom basin to replace existing one. Interested in PVC panelling instead of tiles. Door to be reversed to open outwards. Approx. - Length 270cm, width 120cm, height 300cm.

It wasn't particularly easy given the restraints of size and shape but John enthuisiastically embraced the project and helped me decide on the final plans. He was also very solicitous in ensuring that my wishes were met over and above the original specifications and that I was completely happy with all aspects of the installation. Job should be straightforward job. we alread have the screen from homebase. i dodnt want to try this myself incase i damage the tiles.
