Provision and fitting of replacement over bath shower screen. The current fitting between the screen and the wall bracket has broken and I can't find a replacement part. I'd like it to be fitted one evening midweek this week or next week if possible
Quoted and job completed on the same day and in the evening. Highly rated and would definitely use againSusan
need shower retiled and new shower tray and door installed due to problems with damp and mould.
cut edges of tiles ragged and squint. shower door part siliconed part grouted. grout crumbling & movement in frame. silicone seal covered in dirt & dust which has dried in. silicone inside shower very messy. screws holding shower door will rust as no plastic caps on, 1 screw missing from door. shower caddy for shampoo etc put right under shower unit, can't use top shelf. told to buy 8 boxes of tiles, used 3 boxes, only retiled bottom half & said that was what he was going to do all along jennifer
need a bathroom suite plumbed in and wall and floor tilling done

Require removal of current shower, shower tray/enclosure, sink, tiles & towel rail. Install new shower, sink & towel rail and re-tile the walls (1/2 height only). New air vent possibly required also. Looknig for a price to the whole job and this can either include the fittings or we can buy the goods for install only)
Bathroom refurbishment job started 3rd Oct to last 6 days. 14th November, job finally finished - by another tradesman whom we had to pay over and above the cost of the bathroom.
The job went over time, over budget, and left with a broken macerator and out of pocket.
It is fair to say the job was a difficult one, it's an old house and the existing plumbing was poor, hence the reason for the refit. However, timescales continually slipped and promises made to catch up were never kept. This was due to health issues on behalf on Iain and him having to continually redo his own work in order to make it function as it should (i.e. drain water).
After the second visit to repair the macerator, it was still malfunctioning (leaking sewage), Iain was contacted again as he had previously promised to buy a replacement 'off the shelf' and repair immediately in the event he broke it. Instead, he asked us to wait yet another week while he got one online as it was cheaper for him, then did not turn up on day agreed for installation. As such we have still had to pay a third party to come and repair the unit Iain broke and have not been refunded the money. We either get ignored or fobbed off with various excuses/hardships which only seem to factor in his needs and not customers hardships.
We have more work planned in the future and would never use this company f again.
We feel sorely let down by someone we paid a lot of money to do a good job (2 years we saved for this) and are also now out of pocket, money we cant afford.

Fit bathroom accessories to plasterboard walls, eg towel rails, toilet roll holder, shelf,
Showed up when they said they would, very friendly & got on well with my kitten ;)
Excellent work, completed in a couple of hours, cleaned up after themselves, took their shoes off at the door to protect my new carpets. Highly recommended, would def use again if similar work needed in future.Donald
Remove shower cubicle.
Re-route 4inch cast iron down pipe to make room for larger shower tray.
Install new tray using shower wall panels on 2 sides and glass panels on the other sides.
Install electric shower.
Job is in a tenement flat with people above and below, so the down pipe work is crucial and must be done well.
I would also like someone who is experienced with shower panels rather than tiles.
I was very happy with the Job carried out by John and his team. There were problems thrown up which couldn't have been foreseen, but they were dealt with efficiently. Always helpful and on time, what more could you ask for?David
