Our electric shower has stopped working. The power is getting to the unit as the lights are on but nothing is happening - it just stopped mid-shower.
CP-Plumbing were quick to respond to my enquiry & with all their communication. They came out the next day and the issue was resolved within a matter of days. I found them extremely helpful, courteous and professional - I would highly recommend them and will use them again without doubt.

Strip out existing bathroom. Remove tiles from half tiled wall. Replace plasterboard. Probably replace chipboard flooring. Lay hardboard tile floor and walls to ceiling height. Remove radiator and install towel rail 3 piece suite and shower.
Did everything they said they would and more. Went above and beyond what was required to make sure we were happy with the quality of work. Everything was done to a very high standard. They were slick and efficient and in and out in three days. Would highly recommend them. A good clean, job fairly priced.

looking for someone to install vanity sink unit and tap and replace flush on the toilet and tile the floor of the toilet. I would also like the radiator changed to a towel rail.
I asked John to fit floor tiles in the Kitchen, utility and downstairs wc, Fit out the wc with a vanity unit and heated towel rail and replace tiles over the sink. He came promptly but did very little in the days he was here and no estimation of when he would finish. He does not listen to concerns re quality and concerns re damage to my house. I cannot comment re plumbing work as this was not even started but certainly not a tiler. This is the first time I have ever asked a trade person to leave a job.

I would like to keep my bathroom suite but refurbish rest of bathroom interior - new floor and wall tiles, new ceiling and light, install radiator and fix new cupboard to wall
We were disappointed with the overall appearance of our small bathrrom once it had been re-tiled. Jim seemed presentable, pleasant and experienced but we had a lot of snags with our bathroom, which weren't all Jim's fault. A lot of the tiles were marked and aren't straight, there is a chip out of the ceiling panels, the grouting started cracking within a week and most of it just doesn't look professional. Unfortunately our wooden bathroom door was chipped and a carpet stained whilst the work was being carried out too. Jim came back on countless occasions to fix what he could but we are still disappointed with the quality. We wouldn't recommend.
