"The team removed all traces of our awful old bathroom suite, tiles and old laminate wood floor.They supplied and fitted new 3 piece suite and tiled walls and floor to a high standard. We are delighted with the results and the entire job cost £2300 which we think is great value for money. Our job was difficult because parking is always a problem where we live, however Stewart his team managed to work round this. We made our choice of trdesman based the ratings on this site and we are not disappointed. Highly recommended ."

"Edited version: My selected tradesperson initially quoted on fitting a new shower and replacing some tiles that had come loose. On closer inspection he uncovered damage to the floorboards caused by water leaking from the shower area. After discussing it I agreed that he replace the en-suite and re-plumb. THIS WAS A BIG MISTAKE.....To cut a long story short my en-suite is not complete, tiles haven't been laid properly, both taps leak and best of all the shower water doesn't drain away!!....The tradesman will not return phone calls or emails and has made no effort to resolve the issues, but why would he? I had trusted him and paid in full accepting he would come back to complete the job / sort any snagging, I now regret not cancelling the cheque. I am writing this review now as I had hoped he would have been back in contact by now as all I want is what I have paid for - a fully operational en-suite. My advice would be not to touch this guy with any plumbing work at all. The plus side of a site like this is I can warn others but the downside appears to be that there doesn't seem to be any controls in place to ensure decent tradesmen are listed in the 1st place. I now have the pleasure of paying out more money for someone else to come and complete this unfinished business. "

"Stephen and his guys did an excellant job in a small bathroom with a great deal of history hiding behind the walls and bathroom suite! Stephen found many problems including multiple false ceilings, multiple layers of cladding/tiling on the walls and rotten floorboards. All these issues, and others besides, were sorted out with the minimum of fuss to leave a great looking and completely redesigned bathroom."
