looking for a installer to remove existiing suite, inc shower tray. Strip out all tiles inc floor, install new suite and re-tile
its basically a like for like fit, existing pipes etc are all in place
have price for the hardware, just need a good installer to fit it for us.
We hired Radiant for a replacement bathroom. Really happy with everything they did for us, they worked around a problem with the suite we purchased, and even managed and swapped a couple of items that were not correct (with no additional charge)
The house will be rented out and Tony pointed out the downside to the flooring we had chosen, so glad we listened and went with his idea as it looks great, saved money and much more suited to a rental property.
Our 27 month old daughter keeps asking where Tony is!David
Small family bathroom. Needs "gutting" and bath, shower over bath, basin, toliet and maybe a wall unit installed. Ideally would like wall tiling included in job and also possibly sort out floor - probably floor tiles
Very happy indeed with Pete's work - Did exactly what we needed - a full bathrom refit that needed some creative work to solve unexpected and hidden plumbing and electrics problems as they were uncovered. The fixed price - and Pete's being able to do everything himself, the plumbing, electrics and tiling in a really tidy and careful maner means we've already asked him to quote for more jobs around our house. Totally recommended.Gary
Previous bathroom jobs in Fairford, Gloucestershire
take out existing bathroom and put in new suite and tile
Unsold Job, Updated Details : The dimensions of the bathroom are 1.70m x 2.35m. The fixtures, fitting and tiles can be provided by the tradesman or by ourselves, whichever is the most convenient. The walls and floor will need to be tiled with emulsion on the ceiling. The floor may need to be leveled with screed but I am not in a position to know what is required. there is an existing electric shower over the bath which will be staying along with the ceiling mounted double pole isolation switch. There are two windows in the bathroom a narrow one (0.41m) behind the toilet and a wide one (1.17m) behind the sink and bath. All the pipes will need boxing in, but allowing access to the incoming stop tap. Original : Fitting of new bathroom suite including toilet
tiling walls and floor
fitting new towel rail approx 3 msq
We have 2 bathrooms that need updating: a shower in the ensuite and a bath/shower in the second bathroom. Both will need tiling and flooring. We shall need advice re. units. We would ask the tradesman to buy these for us once we have made our choices.
Bathroom design and installation
New sink and vanity unit, not sure about bath and toilet. Also tiling required.
Complete installation of 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite, one downstairs cloakroom.
Bathroom 1. Install shower, freestanding bath, shower, toilet, 2 sinks, move /new radiator, electric sockets, lighting, stone flooring, wooden panelling.
Bathroom 2. As above but only 1 sink.
Ensuite. As above but only 1 sink and no bath (much smaller room)
Cloakroom. Install toilet, sink, panelling, lighting.
Removal of exisiting sanitaryware in each area.
The above is a summary of work, but I would recommend a site visit to discuss all the details.
I have sourced the required sanitaryware, but would of course purchase any necessary additional items. Therefore the quote is for a 'fit only'.
I am looking for a very high quality fit, the budget is therefore a guide only.
