Job I require bath and sink taps replaced, shower screen fitted, shower fitted and basin re-installed (the fittings are replacing existing models, the shower and screen are the same model and the fittings should be the same

Comment a shower was installed with the control valve and the outlet pipe instaled upside down this resulted in hot water coming through the cold and the shower being dangerous. I complained and he repaired it quickly but the original work was dangerous also increased price originally quoted slightly after work was done which I find annoying Surely an exprienced bathroom fitter should have known how to fit a shower or if not he should not have carried out the work. Job NEW SUITE FITTED, WE CURRENTLY HAVE A BIG SHOWER WHICH WILL BE REPLACED BY A BATH, A NEW SHOWER FITTED, BASICALLY OLD ONE OUT NEW ONE IN, TOILET LIKE FOR LIKE HOWEVER WE WANT SINK MOVED NEXT TO TOILET. NO TYLING REQUIRED HOWEVER THE TYPE OF SHOWER WE WANT MAY REQUIRE A SMALL FALSE WALL BUILT. ALL UNITS ARE PURCHASED ALREADY. APPROX SIZE OF ROOM 11FT X 5.5 FT

Comment Vale Home Improvements ( Steve, Derek & Gary ), have done a fantastic job in replacing my old bathroom with new. Steve and Derek were punctual, hard-working and extremely conscientious, it certainly wasn't an easy job, particularly the tiling because my walls were all over the place, however the finished job was brilliant as the photos show. Steve and Derek were very professional and easy to get along with and both had a fantastic attitude towards the job, working past their finish time when a few problems popped up.
