Hi there I own Executive property maintenance and are looking for bathroom fitters to look after their own jobs, must be able to cover all the trades involved in bathroom installation, we have a lot of work coming in, other trades would be useful like kitchen fitting and a great all rounder. thx Marcus
no planning, no care and attention to detail. unable to read plans, no dust sheets used. tile adhesive all over the carpet, no tails for radiators, spaces missed out on tiling. we have had two burst water pipes. give MBS a wide birth and save your money

To remove an old corner bath and replace it with new P shape bath. I have the bath and waste - taps need to be taken from old bath. Position is almost the same - same corner but moving from the end of the corner bath into the P shape bit. No tiling.
Extremely pleased with the fitting of my bathroom. Dave is a really pleasant man, and made me feel secure from the start. He worked with all my suggestions, and did extra bits to help me out. He supplied all the bits needed, and is very very reasonably priced considering the very high standard of work he delivered. I would very highly recommend him, and will certainly be using him again for any plumbing work needed. Very very happy with my bathroom.

Strip out everything except bath & ceiling. Remove wall tiles, old radiator & piping, vinyl floor tiles & hardboard. Skim walls. Tile above & around bath area & under window. est. area 5.4 sq m. Remove bath panel & insulate bare floorboards. Also rest of floor with 2-ply. Fit supplied WC, upright radiator & thermostatic valves, vanity unit & cupboards, grab handles.
Very punctual, careful worker. He discussed each stage of the work. I would thoroughly recommend him. I have asked him to do further work.

We had two quotes for the job, But found john and rob friendly and efficient, took the time to listen to what we wanted and gave us very good advice. We have rated their work for price as great - they came in on budget, the extra we asked for were priced fairly - and they have left us with a fantastic bathroom.We couldn't have asked for more and will definitley be recommending them.

Currently the bathroom includes a bath 1680 x 800 in an alcove on a lower level and a step up to a shower, bidet and toilet. My wife has rheumatoid arthritis and finds climbing the step difficult. We wish you to remove the bath and make it into a large shower with a seat - tiling is good down to current bath level - existing bath drainage is presumably under the step up area - fit a hinged wooden door at the top of the step - remove the existing shower unit and tiling - create a cupboard with a door as a linen cupboard.

Quoted and completed to the highest standards - including making changes that we had caused, after the installation had commenced, without any complaint or additional charge. The quotation was chosen due to its clear well presented explanation, use of high-class materials as requested and pictures of what we would be getting. The installation followed that professional approach. We are truly delighted with the result and the checking on performance and satisfaction as the job proceeded.
