Very small job - but I can't seem to get it right. Basically the bath needs to be sealed. There is a shower over the bath and the water from this comes through to the kitchen ceiling.
Chris was friendly, polite and well mannered, he arrived exactly when he said he would, explained the work that needed to be done and ensured he investigated the cause, not just making good the problem, thereby ensuring that I woul dnot have the same problem in a couple of months time. His work was neat and tidy.

Shower is leaking through to ceiling below. Current circular fronted shower tray needs replacing with square shower tray and more substantial door arrangement (possible need for small stud wall & tiling).
Very professional service. Complete shower re-tile with new tray & door fitted. Work done over 3 months ago and shower has not leaked since. Property is a student let, so logistics was harder - but there was no problem with quoting for and carrying out the work without me having to be there, which made things considerably easier. Full cost breakdown and copies of reciepts supplied on request. All in all a very reliable and good quality service provided.

Install new bath/shower, sink, toilet, taps, flooring (tiles) and some tiling around bath/sink.
Unfortunately, after doing a generally good job, I was disappointed that I did not get any assistance from the builder after the job was done. Walls are cracked and a shelf came loose, and after agreeing to come and look at the work, I have had to get another builder in to come and fix those that weren't 100%. Not recommended if you are looking for after sales/work service. dispappointing.
