"The installation of my bathroom has been ongoing now for 4 months and is still not complete. It has been left in a state where 2 walls in the bathroom need plastering and one wall in the adjoining bedroom where there was a problem with the bath and they had to go in through the wall to repair it. My biggest concern is that we have had no regulatory documentation, Part ?P? certification, for the electrical work carried out, so now I am dealing trading standards to report this. I would not recommend using this company as I am totally dissatisfied, and now have to pay out for another company to come out and finish the work as I keep getting false promises of them coming back to finish the work."
