Our plumber came and cut away some of the ceiling in this room, said he had found a fixed the problem. We still had a leak, a more minor leak, and three or four more times our plumber said he had found the problem, a different one each time, and fixed it. We still have a problem. The piping in the down stairs room is boxed in, but when someone is showering this pipe is wet and drops can be felt, plus the wall around seems a bit damp.
