"Having reviewed the original job request with Alan and after getting a very competetive quote to replace the just the shower, the tray and the tiles, we decided to get Alan to replace not only the En-suite, but also the Main Bathroom and the Cloakroom as well. All rooms were stripped back to the "bare bones" and everything was replaced for new. Tiles were chosen by ourselves and Alan (and Tom) fitted these for us with superb end results. A few problems were encountered with the walls before tiling began, but these were soon rectified by Alan and a few trips to the local building suppliers. I found Alan to be very friendly, polite & trustworthy and he was often left alone in the house. He was given a key to the house and garage, so that we could just get on with our own lives while he worked in the bathrooms. Any extra work that was given to Alan (fit 3 x new Towel Heater Radiators of our choice) was also undertaken without question and the end result looks superb. Our bathrooms all look gorgeous. Very good value for money!!!! Nothing was too much trouble and he did as instructed. I would recommend Alan to anyone for a variety of work, from tiling, plumbing, electrical work and general advice. A good quality all round tradesman, with years of experience. He will transform your bathroom!! Guaranteed!!! Alan, thank you very much."
