"The team came to refit a new bathroom in our house in Barnet, and I cannot thank them enough - they were absolutely brilliant. As it happened, we decided to do away with a cupboard in the bathroom containing an old hot water tank, so in fact the work they undertook also involved the installation of a new condensing combi boiler that we bought the week before. The lads are a credit to their profession and I have already been circulating their business cards to friends and family such was the quality of their work. The bathroom refurb and refit involved stripping out an old sink and towel rail, removing a cast iron bath, knocking down the hot water tank cupboard with its breezeblock walls, and removing all the old tiling and concrete octagonal tiles underneath them to make the walls uniformly straight. They then prepared the walls to a high standard, boxed out all the piping or ran it underfloor, and installed the new bath, towel rail, and vanity units and basin, after tiling from floor to ceiling. The guys worked from 7.30 or 8.00 in the morning until gone 18.00 in the evening - harder then I've seen anyone work!; talked to us throughout the project; were articulate, polite, unassuming; were contactable after the end of their working day if we had questions; and have completed the job to an exceptionally high standard. Bearing in mind that we have three children of 6 and under, they were conscientious about how they left the house in the evenings, and considerate about the disruption that it would cause us not having hot water and central heating for a couple of days while the new boiler went in. The quote wasn't quite the cheapest I had of the three the RatedPeople sent me, but with hindsight I couldn't have handpicked a small team of builders better than these guys. Without a shadow of a doubt, we'll be using George and Kris again, and I would commend them, their team and their work to anyone who is lucky enough to come into contact with them through this site. Well done, lads, and thank you so much - we have a breathtaking bathroom that adds thousands to the value of the property, is just a pleasure to walk into, and you exceeded all our expectations - you should be very proud of yourselves. Superb!!! "

"I would avoid this firm. We were twice promised start dates for our work and on both occasions they failed to show and didnâ??t answer emails or return phone message to explain what was happening. My experience mirrors the previous comments. In short they are completely unreliable and time wasters."
