Need a RELIABLE builder/bathroom installer to provide a quote the following works: Existing bathroom: Remove existing bath, sink, WC. Install new bath, WC, sink and shower cubicle. Replace old radiators with new ones, and install heated towel rail. Replace existing lighting with halogen spot downlighters. Tile walls and floor. New bathroom: Create stud partition wall in lean-to extension, currently used as kitchen storage area. Plumb in shower and drainage in wetroom area. Plumb in cloakroom-sized bathroom suite. (plumbing should be straightforward as central heating combi boiler and drains are located only feet away from work area) Install lighting and ventilation. Tile room. I will supply all sanitaryware, taps, shower fittings and tiles. These have all been priced and have either been bought already or are ready to order. Contractor to supply plumbing, electrics, building materials, tile adhesive. Have been let down now by two contractors who have agreed to do this work, only to stop responding to phone calls and emails when the time came for the work to be done. This has cost me months of wasted time. Please only respond if you have the professionalism and common courtesy to answer phone calls, provide quotes, keep appointments, and actually carry out the work you have agreed to do. Thanks in advance if you can help. Steven McDevitt.
