Plus just under 12m.sq. of retiling (I will provide). I'd also be interested in skimming over the artex walls and ceiling so that I can repaint. You're welcome to come and look.

The room is a toilet where we had a flood. The toilet pan needs taking out and the laminate flooring needs replacing. Also the wallpaper needs stripping off and replaced with new wallpaper, and the skirting boards need painting, and the materials will be supplied by us.
He did a most excellent job with the minimum amount of mess, and I would recommend him to anybody.

For the Bathroom: I have bought bathroom e.g. bath, basin and toilet, and also floor tiles, wall tiles, door stop, coving. Electrics have been done so need someone to remove old and dispose of bathroom, refit new one. Also decorating in my flat as I had recently had flat re-wired and walls need redecoration but ceilings have been done.
I was very pleased I hired Maidstone Interiors to do work in my flat. Martin and Terri were very easy to get on with, I found them reliable, friendly and helped me to save money! They transformed my bathroom and carried out excellent decorations to my flat in a very professional manner and kept up communication with me at all times. I would certainly recommend them.

Not a full bathroom refurbishment but just making good from a bath leak. Will be just a couple of hours work to fix the bath panel and seal the area. Then add boxing along the floor behind the toilet and sink to cover the pipes. All needs to be plain white wooden boarding.
Great work and they did exactly what they said on the tin! Worked in a prompt and timely manner. And they turned up when they said they would which is always a bonus! Would definately recommend and reuse :0)

The price was significantly cheaper than quoted elsewhere and Martin and Bill did an excellent job. They completed the job quicker than we expected, largely through working with very few breaks. They were also polite, friendly and helpful and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to friends.

Full suite removed. Toilet re aligned and full suite including separate shower installed. Water tank replaced with megaflo system. Stop clock also needs replacing.
The bathroom was completed to an immaculate standard and I am very pleased with the results. It is exactly what I wanted. The guys worked very hard and put in long days to finish on time. They were also excellent value for money compared to other quotes I received. There was a small problem with fitting the cylinder but this was resolved to my satisfaction. Would recommend them to other people if they want a top quality looking bathroom at a reasonable price!
