Refurb of bathroom and downstairs cloakroom.Bathroom layout needs to be altered plastered, fully tiled already have most ot the parts Downstairs cloakroom also needs refurb
I would recommend this builder to everyone. He is very hard working, consenious and also a perfectionist. He makes valid suggestions which have improved the overall standard of the work, which the other builder hadn’t even commented on. He has totally refitted the family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. I will most certainly be using him again. The end results speak for themselves. Everyone who has looked at the work, have all said the same thing, WOW.

Our shower enclosure measuring 800mm by 800mm needs replacing, preferrably with a new semi-framed one.
We were very happy with the work carried out. Marcus is very professional, he provided good advice, was very prompt with his quote and was reliable. A number of unforeseen difficulties arose on the job which Marcus took in his stride and resolved. The work was carried out to a very high standard and I would certainly be happy to recommend his services.

Previous en-suite bathroom shower, toilet and sink and internal stud walls have already been removed, walls have been re-finished in preparation for this work. Aquaboard to be employed in construction of new stud walls (in the corner of bedroom) to create an en-suite bathroom with dimensions of approx 1.2m x 2.2m. The new bathroom will require fitting of a toilet, basin and shower with standard shower tray (i.e. not wet room). All internal walls and floor will be tiled. The floor base is wooden floorboards on wooden joists. I have already purchased ‘no more ply’ and flexible tile adhesive to give an appropriate foundation for the floor tiles. New lighting, electric shaver plug point and a new extractor fan also need fitting. A new radiator is also required for the en-suite. A hole already exists in the external wall for the fan exhaust and new wiring is already present including an isolation switch for the extractor. All plumbing and toilet waste pipework is also already in situ apart from the radiator feed, however, access to the existing pipework of the main bedroom radiator is fairly straight forward as the floorboards are fully exposed and the room empty. I will supply all tiles, tile adhesive, tile adhesive latex additive, tile grout and floor tile sub-base materials. I will also supply the new shower cubicle, toilet, basin, radiator (plus valves), lights, extractor fan, shave point and door / door fittings. The work must be completed to a high standard.
Jacek and Mikey have done a wonderful job on our en-suite bathroom. At all times they were reliable, professional and courteous; a real pleasure to work with. They impressed my wife and I so much that on completion of our en-suite we immediately asked them to decorate of our hallway and landing (which they have just finished). They are also coming back to decorate our front room in the new year. All the work has been completed to a high standard. Very highly recommended.

full refurb of existing 1970's bathroom and knocking down wall between toilet and bathroom as well as installation of new fixtures and fittings
David and Kevin and their team were extremely professional throughout the job. The additional benefit of using St Christophers was the obvious experience that David has on this type of work therefore being able to design and fit, which made a massive difference to the end result...........which is fantastic!! St Christophers were also very helpful with any snagging after completion which was all completed quickly and with minimum fuss. They were not the cheapest but they definitely provided the best overall value.

Remove old toilet and sink and replace with new (already purchased). It's a downstairs toilet. Unfinished walls, to be left like this.

I'm not sure
The toilet and bathroom are in reasonable shape but haven't been rennovated for many years. The rooms are clean and there's no structual problems, but I'd like to combine the rooms and create a better space. I'd like to replace pretty much everything currently in the room.

The bathroom is part of an extension to a chalet style house. 3 walls are stud partition walls and parts may need replacing when tiling is removed. All fittings (bath, wc, shower cubicle, sink in cabinet, taps etc) are to be removed and replaced in existing positions (we haven't found the replacement items yet). Walls need to have tiling removed and to be re-tiled. Will need a bit of plastering over artex ceiling. Need new radiator and shelving/mirror put up. Painting to walls and ceiling, fitting vinyl flooring. I would like to find a local builder who employs his own staff on the payroll and will do a complete job. I am 100% not interested in any builder who subs out the work. This is our only bathroom (we have a separate toilet downstairs) so the work needs to be carried out whilst a family of 4 need to use the shower.

Redesign and refit. Shower unit, sink and toilet only. Room is probably only 7ft x 4ft max.

We have an en-suite (shower, sink, toilet). Some of the plaster has blown and needs re-tiling. Also would want a larger shower cubicle installed, which will probably need a new sink and for it to be relocated.
