"The man from this company seemed like a really nice guy when we first met him, and was very thorough when giving us a quote for the work. Unfortunately we were drawn in and feel as if we have been conned out of a significant amount of money. First off, he wanted half of the total agreed payment before even starting the job, which none of our other tradespeople have asked for. He was very unreliable and very rarely came when he said he would, if he turned up at all. He tried to get out of doing anything that would cause him more work and botched some small jobs he told us he'd do for free, even though we would have paid to get them done properly. Everything he has done has been botched, and after having paid him much more than we should have, we're now having to pay a 'real' professional to come in and completely re-do everything he's touched. We also found his manner very unprofessional and would strongly advise against hiring this company."
