I have an en suite that has been totally stripped out down to the brick walls and floor boards, there has been a leak in there and the ceiling has fallen in downstairs. I have had the leak repaired but would like a quote for the room to be made in to a toilet room (just a w/c and basin), it will need plastering and the floor and ceiling will need repairing then the plumbing put in for a toilet and basin.
Did an excellent job, always arrived on time and worked all day until 6.30 to get the job done asap. Would definately recomend.Laura

Excellent service from the start, Ewan came around to discuss the work (Kitchen, Bathroom) and quickly provided a quotation. Work started as planned and was completed on time, the quality and finish of the work is excellent. All debris was disposed of and the kitchen and bathroom were left clean. All work was completed for the price we agreed at the start. I would not hesitate to use Elite Home Improvements again, price was fair, excellent quality and importantly very easy to deal with.Jon

Martin has to be one of the cleanest workman to have entered our home. The work was carried out to a very high standard and on budget despite a couple of minor additions. I would willing recommend to friends and family. We will not hesitate to call again should we require further home improvements.CHARLIE

I thought I'd try "Rated People" after struggling to obtain satisfactory quotes from other tradesman in my area and I'm glad I did!
[COMPANY_NAME] were:
Punctual on all aspects of the job from providing the initial quote to completing the job.
Polite, professional, reliable and friendly throughout.
Constantly clean and considerate of their working environment.
Flexible with the customer changing their mind as the job progressed.
I would definately use [COMPANY_NAME] again and would not hestitate in recommending them to family, friends and people reading this.
We've also had comments now from other trades people who have seen our new bathroom and they have commented on the high quality of the work (see the photograph).
Thanks Chris and Jed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Mark

My wetroom has failed. The floor is sinking. The tanking to the walls is completely inadequate. The insulation to walls was not put in as promised. The whole needs to be ripped out and tanking, insulation to walls and floor installed. The ceiling has failed and needs re-doing. Inset downlights fitted. The wiring is in place. The whole room to be fully tiled. I am providing the bathroom fittings: lavatory and cistern; hand basin, bidet,(all wall hung and the frame can be re-used) shower and lighting and extractor fan. The drain outlet is fine to be re-used. A new larger fan would be better than the existing and to be fitted to a different outside wall. Electrics to be checked and earthed, as the original installer did not bond anything!!!! I would take responsibility for buying the replacement tiles. It is a very small room.
A new dry electric underfloor system needs to be fitted. I can provide this, also.

I have an old fashioned suite with a toilet featuring a high cistern that unforunately has a problem with the flushing mechanism. i imagine it needs a new part. Also we need a new sink plumbing it. it is again an old style and we have found the sink in a reclamation yard and just need it fitting. thanks

Upstairs bathroom basin has been leaking. Re-flooring, re-tiling and re-plastering all needs to be done. Also the ceiling downstairs (small area) needs re-plastering. This has been stained from the leak.
