I would'nt be over keen on recommending Leo... The only reason for this? Is that due to his superb professionalism, general helpfulness,reliability,quality of workmanship and genuine trustworthy personnality, I think it best kept a secret so he is available to do more work for family and friends.... I had a boiler replaced and moved and a new bathroom fitted. It was a very competitive quote and the work was excellent.
They covered everything from installing the boiler, tiling the walls, fitting floor and ceiling and all the plumbing work. Also had a door bricked up and it was all quality work.
I am always worried when getting tradesmen to do work but this company was very friendly and informative and I would use them again.
Very happy with the work and would recommend to anyone.

Small bathroom and toilet to be refurbished 17360on the 13th floor of tower block. Include tiling and electrics. All materials in situ. Plumbing will need some attention. Attention to detail and good advice also appreciated
Very prompt response to my request for a quote. Came on time, was very business like and courteous at all times. Despite the difficulties of working in a high rise apartment, the job was executed quickly, efficiently and on time. I would highly recommend this company and I am extremely pleased with the result.

Bathroom renovation comprising of knocking the separate WC room, a cupboard that used to house a boiler and the existing bathroom in to one big room. Supply and fit white bathroom suite including seperate shower cubicle. Undecided about tiling and finishings, depends on prices quoted.
We were entirely happy with the service we recieved from S J Building services. They managed to fit our job in within a month of recieving the initial quote and were very professional in preparing the quote. The lads were very quick at responding to any queries and always turned up when they said. They worked full days and weekends and always gave us an update of where they were up to. The overall project was completed right on budget and to a very high standard. We would certainly hire them again.

Installation of Central Heating system and new bathroom in 2 bedroomed terrace. Repair/reconstruction of external wall.
Excellent service, prompt response. Fitted CH and Bathroom Suite. Performed work on days and in time agreed, was flexible fitting in with other tradesmen and did an excellent job.
