Hello. We’d like a rough quote for the below please, though I appreciate you can’t give an exact price until you see the work that needs doing.
Currently we have a built in shower. The wall for that needs knocking down and a new power shower and enclosure & base fitting, complete with back boards. (For an idea of the kind of shower see http://bit.ly/hMnprr ). To do that, a small radiator will need removing and a heated towel rail fitting on a different wall. We’re hoping to avoid having to retile the whole bathroom, but we don’t have any of the tiles that are currently up. We also need some new vinyl flooring fitting.
As well as that, we need our small kitchen ceiling (8.2ft x 9.2ft) and one top half of a kitchen wall replastering.
We also have an issue with our chimney. We have damp coming through the upstairs chimney breast and the gas fire has had to be turned off because there’s a leak in the chimney somewhere. It could be as simple as a pointing issue, but we don’t know. We don’t expect a quote for fixing that yet, but will want it looking at.

I need a qoute to put in wiring and pipework for an electric shower. The consumer unit (Fuse box) is in the lounge and the bathroom is roughly 30-40 feet away. There needs to be a pipe installed from the cold fill pipe in the bathroom under the bath up the wall to the shower. please give me a quote for labour only. I will get the parts.
