It is actually a cloakroom that needs a sink, toilet and radiator replacing. I also want the floor and walls tiled.
I already know what products I want. Therefore I am not sure what budget to go for as I assume it would be for time only
Robb is a very nice man and is probably very good at normal plumbing work. Unfortunately he didn't do a very good job in removing and replacing a sink,toilet and radiator in our cloakroom. We had to get someone else in to redo what he had done and finish the job.
