"They were very punctual until the money was paid. After calling them to advise that the SHOWER, SINK & TOILET was leaking (through the kitchen ceiling), getting them back was like trying to get blood out of a stone. Since then, we have also discovered that the radiator is leaking. We are also waiting for them to come back and fix the stop tap, however since then we have had another plumber take care of it. Regards the quality of the actual workmanship, I wasn't happy with the way they grouted in between the panels, ie there are gaps with no grout in at all and some of the grout has since cracked away from the panels leaving cracks. They also left pencil marks everywhere on the actual panels which look like cracks. I'm not impressed that the panels were placed over the skirting boards as they appear to pertrude towards the bottom of the wall. The skirting boards should have been removed to allow a completely flat surface. Overall I'm pleased that the bathroom is done, however feel it could have been fitted a lot better. Their communication was none existant once the money had changed hands and therefore anyone who wants to use them should be 100% happy before handing the money over!"
