Originally asked to regrout my bathroom. Mark was honest enough to say the grouting was OK and that a smaller job was required which was the resealing around the bath/shower and requoted for me. Would definitely use again and would recommend.

Rating for initial quote only, NOT service provision as we did not proceed with the work. Swavek was polite & genial, he arranged a site visit to quote for the work & arrived on time. He appeared knowledgeable & discussed a number of alternatives. He returned for 2nd visit to assist with some issues I had in the bathroom & both of these visits were free of charge. Quote was provided promptly & appeared competitive, however, we opted for an alternative. From my limited interactions, I would recommend Swavek

I live in a raised ground floor flat and recently had my builders redo my bathroom. We had a leak. They've redone it three times but the leak persists, and my downstairs neighbour is understandably at his wit's end! To top it off my flatmates are getting married in a week and a half and their relatives are coming to stay. If we can't get this fixed asap, we'll all be sharing one bathroom.
Conal and his team were great! They really came through for us when we were in a bind. My flatmates were getting married, and with family coming in from across the globe, we were dealing with an ongoing major leak into the flat below us. The problem was repared in a few days for a very reasonable price, and in plenty of time for six people not to have to share the only other bathroom in the flat on the day of the wedding! I absolutely recommend them, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks!

Mira shower thermostat mixer needs to be repaired or replaced. Fixing for bar which shower head attaches to has come away from wall and needs to be refixed or replaced. Possibility of shower cubicle and tray to be replaced if can be achieved at resonable cost. Kitchen sink tap washer needs replacing. Washing machine water inlet pipe needs to be changed for longer pipe (part already obtained). Looking for most cost effetive solution. Price estimate given does not include new cubicle or try.

Absolutely appalling service.!They flooded my bathroom and left the ceilings damaged and a gaping hole around my power point. They have also left my bathroom with no lighting and stole all plumbing equipment I paid for. Please do not use them as they do leave you out of pocket and refuse to answer calls once paid.

simple modern white suite and walls all tiled and floor too. some work to be done to remove air vent system on ceiling and plasterboard/skim said area.
I have decided at this juncture to hold off on work but Martin did a thorough job in the quotation stage... with a full quotation pack (3d designs inc) and was most helpful throughout the initial stages. I will be carrying out the work at later date and hope to get Martin to come back and carry out the work once I know when exactly I can carry out the works.

Two bathrooms & kitchen refit - budget £22,500. The team are exactly what I was looking for - honest, skilled, timely, do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it and without any fuss or bother. All important - the budgeted price is what you pay! The standard of work is excellent and with four kids in a busy household I am delighted in the way that they cleaned up after every days work, reducing the disturbance to a minimum. You will find cheaper but if you judge your decision on quality and value for money they are a very good choice - highly recommended.
