"Mirek and his team ripped out two bathrooms, made good and decorated two bedrooms and decorated my hallway. The work is of a very high quality and I was particularly impressed with the craftsmanship. Mirek is a qualified carpenter and this was evident based on the two beautiful fitted cupboards he made. Mirek uses good quality material and does work to the kind of budget you have. Mirek also has a great creative flare and through his experience of the trade offers lots of ideas and alternatives to your house renovations. So you get a builder and interior designer all rolled in to one! It is always very stressful having works done to your house due to the dust and having strange men walking around your house but I have to say although no one can eliminate the dust Mirek's team were conscious of tidying up after themselves and used resources to protect areas they had already completed ie placing protective plastic sheeting over the newly fitted doors. After the first week we were so comfortable with the builders that we gave them all keys to the property to come in and out as they pleased. We found the entire team completely trustworthy and very hardworking. I have heard the horror stories of builders starting works on a property and then leaving and never coming back to finish the finer details. This was not the case with Mirek and he ensured that the job was completely finished and a lot of care was put into giving a professional finish. Mirek also does not try to suck you into getting pointless work done just to make a bit of extra cash. For example we had a grand plan to move our boiler to create a more spacious bathroom, however Mirek pointed out that the cost of it would not be worth it due to other problems it would create. So Mirek helped us think of a compromise that would give us the space we needed in the bathroom without wasting money. Mirek would constantly throw in ideas throughout the building works and the majority of them we went with. The bedrooms, bathroom and hallway look absolutely amazing and after we save up a bit more money we are planning to have Mirek back to do our extension incorporating kitchen, dining and living room. I would not hesitate in recommending Mirek for any work small or big as he is a hardworker who is dedicated and most importantly is honest and trustworthy."
