"Overall, the Understairs toilet I wanted was constructed well and to a fairly good quality but only after I had pointed out a leaking cistern pipe and leaking sink waste (I called several times to ask Paul to come back and fix the leaking sink waste but gave up waiting in the end and got someone else to fix) Building studwork and Tounge & Groove to staircase was very good as was the tiling but the finishes were not quite there. I was told in the beginning that i was getting a complete job from start to finish but was told later that this was not the case (had to fit my own Skirtings and the Mastic seals they did were messy/dirty) I would use Paul again but for plumbing work only."
