Very reliable and ready to please. Good craftmanship and very helpful in all aspects.Alex keeps what he promises.
Only more attention to detail would be helpful to get a perfect score.
I would recommend Alex and his partner to anyone.wulf
Existing suite needs replacing with a white one. Bath is 1500mm long, sink is pedestal type. WC to have dual flush cistern.
All aspects of works were approached in a very professional manner. Works were completed in good time to a good standard and bathroom left ready to use. Price represented very good value. Hazel
Absolutely lovely job. Impressive from prompt, reliable contact when bidding for contract and finished relatively within stated time period despite alterations in some fittings. Very close to price quote.
(Only advice, to reach brilliant status, would be to perfect painting around borders, but this is negligible as not obviously noticeable.)
Otherwise would say a BRILLIANT bathroom!ann-marie

I would like to have the shower door in my bathroom replaced. Currently there is a frame between two walls which the door closes into, but the door opens outwards away from the shower meaning that the flooring always gets wet. This also tends to mean that the seal along the bottom of the door gets trapped outside rather than inside, meaning water gets out of the shower even when the door is closed, unless I run my finger along the seal after getting in to pop it inside. In any case, the seal is now broken. On top of this, the door doesn't fully seal closed near the bottom allowing water to escape here too.
I'm looking to replace the shower door with something new, likely to be a door which folds inwards. It should be clear glass. If a solution can be found for a non-folding door which will open outwards (there is not the room for a non-folding door to open inwards) and still prevent water from escaping the shower, this is preferred, I'm actually not hugely keen on folding doors but can see that it might be necessary for my situation.
I am looking for recommendations for the new door and frame, and for the supply and installation.
I'm expecting this not to be much more than the cost of a day's labour and the supply of the new door.

I would like to have an extractor fan fitted in the bathroom to remove the moist air from the room when showering and bathing. As we listen to music and the radio in the bathroom the fan needs to be as quiet as possible, or better still entirely noiseless. I also believe that we need quite a powerful unit in order to be able to effectively remove the air.
A friend has an arrangement where in the bathroom ceiling there is simply a vent, and the fan is a little way up into the loft space which leads to a silent installation (possibly the fan unit is also insulated). This sounds like it may be ideal.
I'm looking for someone to supply and fit a suitable fan and come up with an effective solution in terms of air removal to keep the bathroom moisture free, and also provide an installation that is silent/extremely quiet.
I will try to upload a floor plan of the bathroom, but the room is 2.7m x 2.1m. The bathroom is on the 1st floor immediately below the loft, and there is easy access to the loft right outside the bathroom via a loft ladder.

I will be buying the units but just need someone to do the fittings, also I will be buying the tiling and lighting for the bathroom but I will need them to be installed as well as the flooring. It will be a complete new installation, as the bathroom is in a terrible state for myself and a child to live in. It's a square bathroom quite small, with a normal standard bath. I know how I want everything to be laid out but I would like a plan to be drawn. My budget is tight but I'm willing to extend it if needed. Futhermore, I would like a fitter to measure up the bathroom to be sure.
