Reviews of Bathroom Specialists in Camden, London

Holborn and Covent Garden, WC2B

Under £4,000
I need a walk-in shower installed (there is not one at the moment) and a new sink. Then I need a party-wall knocking down and re-building and a new bath installed. I would also like all the tiling done - happy to discuss in more detail and I am happy to come to visit your offices to discuss the job in detail
We asked Zestfield to install a new bathroom, build a new wall to create a new room for our first child and decorate. Delighted with the results and the aftersales service. We both found Mark and his team pleasant and helpful and the results are stunning. We'd certainly recommend them to others and will definitely use them again ourselves!

This tradesman (Craig McCarthy) was unprofessional, unreliable, messy, bad workmanship and very bad experience in all. He thought he was doing me a favour, which seriously annoyed me and after giving him a chance I kicked him off the job. Luckily for me all his work was stripped out and i ended up with great bathroom....need I say more!!

This is a small job. The holder for the shower head has cracked and needs replacing, which may require taking the wall fixing off and replacing or just replacing the shower holder?

Bath, basin need removal and replacement. Fixtures (medicine cabinet, towel rails, tiolet roll dispenser, etc) need to be removed and replaced. New curtain rod to be hung.
Dan started off as a reliable, polite, hard-working builder... but as time went on I realized that his workmanship got worse in proportion to the amount of money he was due. The less he was owed, the more sloppy his work became. In the end I had hours of cleaning and repainting and fixing to repair the damage he had done, for example, by painting everything (fixtures, etc) in with the walls, so that it was impossible to unscrew fittings, etc. I also had a lot of paint spots to clean off my floorboards, and some are going to be permanent. Although Dan is polite, and makes the effort to seem tidy, he was not careful in the first place - eg. moving cabinet doors, taping around fixtures, moving the fridge, to paint in a professional way. He also left before the work was finished, leaving the last room unpainted, so that I had to do it myself. I understood that there was more money to be earned elsewhere, and that was the bottom line.

I'm not sure
bathtub taken out and replace with wetroom/walk-in-shower unit. new toilet (wall hang) and sink. new tiling and maybe some pipework. thank you
The builder delivered a brilliant job. (Thank you !!) the nw wetroom looks great. Although the job took longer than planned, because of delay in materials and a few supplies, we are very happy how they've done the job. Very professional. The site manager is not always easy to reach (a busy man, with lots of jobs on) but then you've also always got the office who is reliable in responding any questions you may have. The company is trustworthy and I would recommend them any time, big or small jobs they are a great team to work with. Not the cheapest but definatly worth every penny. I do think it's also very important that you can trust the people who do the job and these guys are fitting that picture a 100%. thanks

A shower room refit required. Possible moving of a stud wall to accommodate larger shower (building permission already received). Inventive solution required for a good sized but irregular room. New suite fitting, tiling and flooring. The flat is on the fourth floor with no lift.
[COMPANY_NAME] did a very good job on the shower room in my flat. They were trustworthy and reliable and generally a pleasure to have around (bar the dust which appears unavoidable). The job took longer than expected but the price wasn't effected which was a huge relief and took a lot of stress out of the situation. Terry and his team were nice people to have in my home - they were flexible and imagionative. I would happily recommend them to anyone.
