Small 6sq m bathroom requires refurbishment, including tiling, new large mirror, encasement of piping underneath the washbasin to create a small cabinet, and raising of washbasin by about 40cm.. Bath to be retained. Toilet pan possibly to be replaced with wall fitted unit.
Clean, punctual, pleasant and good workmanship is a simple summary of KAs work. Wasn't the cheapest quote but stood out from the site inspection as being professional. We both found it helpful to prepare a detailed work spec in advance, as this reduced communication problems later.

Sink and toilet to be replaced, replumbed and removed. No decision yet on models, but aiming for mid-price and simple. Room will require top down redecoration, with partial tiling.
A really very impressive job, carried out to a brief that, due to the limitations of the rooms themselves, had to be altered as the project proceeded. I found Alvaro to be patient, creative, industrious and with a good eye for detail. I'd certainly have no reservations about re-contracting him to carry out other work in the future.

Modernising an old bathroom, replacing sink, toilet, bidet & bath. Re-tiling.

I have recently bought a property, and some of the walls/ceilings are quite fragile. In my bathroom, I've recently put in a new extractor fan into a plasterboard ceiling - however some of the plasterboard has broken around the fan/light - so I now have a hole in my bathroom ceiling panel, close to the shower head. I need someone to fix this hole, and ensure the electrics etc are safe afterwards as the extractor fan has a light built in.
