"we had a few problems with tradspeople before coming to rated people. there was no messing around when it came to this team, the work was excellet and so professional. he came and worked non stop from as soon as he stepped in the door. he said he'd be done it three days and he was! we had an electric shower installed, tiles on the floor and walls and new taps. we were very impressed. "

"I'm afraid my experience was not a good one. Peter was very professional and polite but when it came to who did the work, it was not Peter. The person who did it was always disappearing for hours and he and his labourer were very messy and did not take due care. We then had a couple of leaks which I know can happen but the major one took almost 2 months to get sorted and fixed. I now have water damage to the wall behind the shower and my neighbour's wall and did not receive any compensation for this. In the end I was just relieved to have a shower that works and to not have to deal with the individual again. Poor communication was a major issue here."
